协议前言(Preamble)

英文原文:This Agreement is entered into by and between the following parties on the date of signature, based on the principles of equality, voluntariness and good faith, to be jointly observed and performed.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail. 

中文译文:本协议由以下双方本着平等自愿、诚实信用的原则,于签署日达成,共同遵守履行。若中英文版本之间存在任何冲突或不一致,应以英文版本为准。

第一部分:协议主体与项目说明 (Introduction & Scope)

1. 协议主体 (Parties)

英文原文:This Agreement is entered into by and between the following parties on the date of signature:

中文译文:本协议由以下双方于签署日达成:

• 英文原文:1.1 Party A: MyStar Learning LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Party A" or "Organizer"), with its headquarters located in Austin, Texas.

• 中文译文:1.1 甲方:MyStar Learning LLC(以下简称“甲方”或“组织者”),总部位于德克萨斯州奥斯汀。

• 英文原文:1.2 Party B: The participant or his/her legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"). If the participant is under 18 years of age at the time of signing this Agreement, his/her legal guardian must sign jointly and bear legal liability.

• 中文译文:1.2 乙方:学员 或 其法定监护人(以下简称“乙方”)。若学员在签署本协议时未满 18 周岁,其法定监护人须共同签署并承担法律责任。

2. 项目概况 (Program Overview)

• 英文原文:2.1 Program Name: UT Austin & CTAC 2026: U.S. Special Education Summer Professional Development & Internship Program(hereinafter referred to as "the Program").

• 中文译文:2.1 项目名称:UT Austin × CTAC 2026 美国特殊教育暑期进修与实习项目(以下简称“本项目”)。

• 英文原文:2.2 Program Period: Local time from July 12, 2026 (arrival) to August 8, 2026 (departure), totaling four weeks.

• 中文译文:2.2 项目时间:当地时间 2026 年 7 月 12 日(到达)至 2026 年 8 月 8 日(离开),共计四周。

• 英文原文:2.3 Program Venue: The campus of The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) and its surrounding areas, as well as the locations of relevant practical training institutions.

3. 服务内容与边界 (Scope of Services)

英文原文:The Program is overall organized by Party A, and the specific teaching and resource support are provided by third-party suppliers, including the following modules:

3.1 核心课程与实习 (Curriculum & Internship)

• 英文原文:3.1.1 UT Austin Module (Three Weeks): Including English as a Second Language (ESL) courses and special education professional courses carried out at The University of Texas at Austin from Monday to Friday.

• 中文译文:3.1.1 UT Austin 模块(三周):包含周一至周五在德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校开展的英语作为第二外语(ESL)课程及特教专业课。

• 英文原文:3.1.2 CTAC Practical Module (One Week): Including 5-day practical training, on-site internship and professional guidance carried out at Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC) from Monday to Friday.

3.2 后勤与行政支持 (Administrative Support)

英文原文:The resources and support actually provided by the third-party supplier UT Austin (Texas Global) include:

• 英文原文:3.2.1 Identity and Safety: Issuance of Form I-20 and short-term medical insurance during the Program.

• 英文原文:3.2.2 Accommodation and Transportation: On-campus accommodation and catering arrangements, round-trip airport transfers, and transportation during cultural exchange activities.

• 英文原文:3.2.3 Teaching Support: Student identification (student ID), textbooks and teaching materials, teaching and training venues.

• 英文原文:3.2.4 Ceremonies and Courtesies: Organization of welcome ceremony and graduation ceremony, as well as catering and refreshments during the relevant ceremonies.

4. 组织者地位声明 (Organizer Status)

英文原文:Party B acknowledges and agrees that MyStar Learning LLC is the organizer and contracting party of the Program.

中文译文:乙方知悉并同意:MyStar Learning LLC 是本项目的组织者与合同主体。

• 英文原文:4.1 The specific service contents involved in the Program, such as accommodation, catering, teaching, visa documents, insurance and transportation, are obtained by Party A through signing agreements with third-party service providers such as The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) and Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC).

• 中文译文:4.1 本项目涉及的食宿、教学、签证文件、保险及交通等具体服务内容,由甲方通过与德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校(UT Austin)及Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC) 等第三方服务提供商签署协议获得。

• 英文原文:4.2 Party A is responsible for the overall recruitment, publicity, administrative coordination and fund collection and payment of the Program. Third-party service providers are responsible for providing specific venue, teaching and management support within their professional fields.

• 中文译文:4.2 甲方负责项目的整体招募、宣传、行政协调及资金收付。第三方服务提供商负责在其专业领域内提供具体的场地、教学及管理支持。

第二部分:费用与退费政策 (Payment & Refund Policy)

1. 项目费用确定 (Program Fee Determination)

• 英文原文:1.1 Customized Fees: The total fee to be paid by Party B (hereinafter referred to as "Total Program Fee") shall be determined according to the accommodation type (single room/double room) selected by Party B, application time (such as early bird price), payment method, Party B's visa status and other conditions.

• 中文译文:1.1 费用定制化:乙方应支付的总费用(以下简称“项目总费”)根据乙方选择的住宿类型(单人间/双人间)、申请时间(如早鸟价)、付款方式,乙方签证状态等条件而定。

• 英文原文:1.2 Confirmation Method: The specific amount shall be subject to the final bill/order summary (Invoice/Order Summary) sent by Party A to Party B through the official system. This bill shall be an integral part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.

• 中文译文:1.2 确认方式:具体金额以甲方通过官方系统发送给乙方的最终账单/确认单(Invoice/Order Summary)为准。该账单作为本协议不可分割的附件,与本协议具有同等法律效力。

2. 支付进度 (Payment Schedule)

• 英文原文:2.1 Deposit: Party B shall pay a deposit of 1,500 US dollars within [3] working days after signing this Agreement to reserve a place in the Program and start the Form I-20 application and dormitory reservation process.

• 中文译文:2.1 定金(Deposit):乙方须在签署本协议后的 [3] 个工作日内支付 1500 美元定金,以锁定项目名额、启动 I-20 申请及宿舍预定流程。

• 英文原文:2.2 Balance: All fees shall be fully paid no later than [30] days before the start of the Program. If the balance is not paid on time, Party A has the right to cancel Party B's participation qualification and shall not refund the deposit.

• 中文译文:2.2 尾款(Balance):所有费用最晚须在项目开始前 [30] 天全额付清。若未按时支付尾款,甲方有权取消乙方的参与资格且不退还定金。

3. 签证拒签退费特别条款 (Visa Denial Policy)

英文原文:If Party B is denied a U.S. visa due to non-artificial material fraud, Party B may apply for a refund. Party B acknowledges and agrees that the following two fees are necessary expenses incurred and shall not be refunded under any circumstances:

中文译文:若乙方因非人为材料造假原因被美国使领馆拒签,乙方可申请退款。乙方知悉并同意,以下两笔费用属于已发生的必要支出,在任何情况下均不予退还:

• 英文原文:3.1 Administrative Fee Charged by Third-Party Institution: That is, the fee of $350 charged by The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) for issuing Form I-20 and related administrative procedures. For individuals holding B1/B2 visas, U.S. local residents, and those who do not need to apply for Form I-20: the $350 Form I-20 administrative fee is waived._

• 中文译文:3.1 第三方机构收取的行政费:即德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 (UT Austin) 收取的用于签发 I-20 文件及相关行政手续的费用,金额为 $350。持 B1/B2 签证、美国本地居民、无需办理 I20的人员:免收I20行政费$350。

• 英文原文:3.2 Financial Transaction Fee: That is, the transaction fee charged by third-party payment platforms such as Stripe (approximately 2.9% of the amount of each transaction).

• 中文译文:3.2 金融交易手续费:即通过 Stripe 等第三方支付平台收取的交易手续费(约为每笔交易金额的 2.9%)。

英文原文:Except for the above two fees, Party A shall refund the remaining amount paid by Party B. The actual refund amount for Party B = Total Payment Amount - (2.9% transaction fee of the total payment amount + $350 Form I-20 administrative fee)

4. 阶梯式退费政策 (Tiered Cancellation Policy)

英文原文:For cancellation of the Program due to personal reasons other than visa denial, the refund rules are as follows:

中文译文:除因签证拒签外的个人原因取消项目,退费规则如下:

• 英文原文:4.1 Cancellation more than 60 days (including 60 days) before departure: 80% of the paid amount shall be refunded (after deducting the 2.9% transaction fee of the total payment amount + $350 Form I-20 administrative fee mentioned in Article 3 above).

• 中文译文:4.1 出发前 60 天以上(含 60 天):退还已付金额的 80%(须先扣除上述第 3 条提到的付款总金额2.9%的交易手续费+ I20行政费$350)。

• 英文原文:4.2 Cancellation 30 to 59 days before departure: 60% of the paid amount shall be refunded (after deducting the 2.9% transaction fee of the total payment amount + $350 Form I-20 administrative fee mentioned in Article 3 above).

• 中文译文:4.2 出发前 30 天至 59 天:退还已付金额的 60%(须先扣除上述第 3 条提到的付款总金额2.9%的交易手续费+ I20行政费$350)。

• 英文原文:4.3 Cancellation within 29 days before departure: No refund shall be given for any fees.

• 中文译文:4.3 出发前 29 天以内:不予退还任何费用。

英文原文:Note: The "Departure Date" referred to in this Agreement shall uniformly refer to the Program arrival start date of July 12, 2026, and the date calculation shall be based on natural days.

中文译文:注:本协议所称「出发日」,统一指:2026 年 7 月 12 日 项目抵达起始日,日期计算按自然日核算。

5. 特殊情况退费

• 英文原文: 5.1 Cancellation by the Organizer: If the Program is cancelled due to force majeure such as changes in U.S. policies, natural disasters, epidemics, etc., the remaining amount after deducting the 2.9% transaction fee of the total payment amount + $350 Form I-20 administrative fee shall be fully refunded.

• 中文译文: 5.1 主办方原因取消:因美国政策变动、自然灾害、疫情等不可抗力导致项目取消,扣除付款总金额2.9%的交易手续费+I20行政费$350,剩余款项全额退还。

• 英文原文: 5.2 Major Special Events: If the participant is unable to participate due to a major illness (a diagnosis certificate from a Grade A tertiary hospital and an official English translation/notarized translation shall be provided to apply for a special refund) or a sudden change of a direct relative (an official English translation/notarized translation of the relevant certificate shall be provided), the remaining amount after deducting the 2.9% transaction fee of the total payment amount + $350 Form I-20 administrative fee shall be fully refunded.

• 中文译文: 5.2 重大特殊事件:学员因重大疾病(需提供三甲医院诊断证明及正规英文翻译件/公证处翻译件,方可申请特殊退费)、直系亲属突发变故(需提供相关证明文件正规英文翻译件/公证处翻译件)无法参与,扣除付款总金额2.9%的交易手续费+I20行政费$350,剩余款项全额退还。

6. 汇率与手续费 (Currency & Bank Fees)

• 英文原文:6.1 The Program fees are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• 中文译文:6.1 本项目费用以美元 (USD) 计价。

• 英文原文:6.2 If Party B makes payment through cross-border remittance or non-USD currency, all bank wire transfer fees, intermediary bank deductions and exchange rate losses incurred shall be borne by Party B. The actual USD amount received by Party A must be equal to the amount indicated on the invoice.

• 中文译文:6.2 若乙方通过跨境汇款或非美元货币支付,产生的银行电汇手续费、中转行扣费以及汇率损失均由乙方承担。甲方收到的实际美元金额须等于发票标明金额。

第三部分:风险承担与责任豁免 (Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver)

1. 风险自担确认 (Assumption of Risk)

英文原文:Party B fully understands and confirms that participating in the Program involves cross-border travel, group activities, campus life and practical internship in specific institutions (such as CTAC), and there are unforeseeable risks. These risks include but are not limited to:

中文译文:乙方充分理解并确认:参与本项目涉及跨国旅行、群体活动、校园生活以及在特定机构(如 CTAC)进行实务实习,存在不可预见的风险。这些风险包括但不限于:

• 英文原文:1.1 Health and Safety: Risks of illness, infectious diseases, accidental physical injury, psychological pressure, etc. caused by environmental changes.

• 中文译文:1.1 健康与安全:因环境改变导致的疾病、传染病风险、意外身体伤害、心理压力等。

• 英文原文:1.2 Transportation and Property: Traffic accidents during round-trip airport transfers, cultural exchange activities and daily commuting, as well as loss, theft or damage of personal property.

• 中文译文:1.2 交通与财物:往返机场、文化考察及日常通勤中的交通事故,以及个人财物的丢失、被盗或损坏。

• 英文原文:1.3 Internship Environment: Professional risks or accidents that may arise from contact with the special education environment, operation of relevant facilities or interaction with service recipients during the internship at CTAC.

• 中文译文:1.3 实习环境:在 CTAC 实习期间,因接触特教环境、操作相关设施或与服务对象互动而可能产生的职业风险或意外。

英文原文:Party B declares that he/she voluntarily participates in the Program and assumes all the above risks with full knowledge.

中文译文:乙方声明:乙方是在完全知情的情况下,自愿参加本项目并承担上述所有风险。

2. 责任豁免与补偿 (Release of Liability & Indemnification) —— 核心条款

英文原文:Party B hereby agrees and undertakes to permanently waive and release MyStar Learning LLC (Party A) and its employees, shareholders and agents from legal liability to the maximum extent permitted by law:

中文译文:乙方在此同意并承诺,在法律允许的最大范围内,永久豁免并放弃追究甲方(MyStar Learning LLC)及其员工、股东、代理人的法律责任:

英文原文:2.1 Waiver of Liability for Third-Party Negligence: As the organizer, Party A shall not be liable for any form of compensation for any negligence, fault, breach of contract or accidental injury caused by The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC), transportation companies, hotels or other third-party service providers in the process of providing services.

中文译文:2.1 第三方过失免责:甲方作为组织者,不对德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 (UT Austin)、Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC)、交通运输公司、酒店或其他第三方服务商在提供服务过程中的任何疏忽 (Negligence)、过失、违约或意外伤害承担任何形式的赔偿责任。

英文原文:2.2 Limitation of Damages: In case of dispute, the total compensation liability borne by Party A under any circumstances shall not exceed 100% of the total Program fee actually paid by Party B to Party A.

中文译文:2.2 损害赔偿限额:若发生争议,甲方在任何情况下承担的赔偿总额,不得超过乙方实际支付给甲方的项目总费用的 100%。

3. 不可抗力条款 (Force Majeure)

英文原文: 3.1 Party A shall not be liable for breach of contract if the Program is delayed, cancelled, changed in content or interrupted due to the following force majeure factors, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, social riots, national or local epidemics/pandemics, government bans, sudden changes in visa policies, large-scale cancellation of international flights, etc. 

 中文译文:3.1 因下列不可抗力因素导致的项目延期、取消、内容变更或中断,甲方不承担违约责任,包括但不限于:自然灾害、战争、恐怖袭击、社会骚乱、全国性或地方性流行病/疫情、政府禁令、签证政策突变、国际航班大面积取消等。 

英文原文: 3.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Program if the minimum enrollment requirement is not met. The Organizer shall notify the Participant of such cancellation no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. 中文译文: 3.2 甲方保留因未达到最低成团人数而取消或调整本项目的权利。若因人数不足取消项目,甲方应最晚于项目计划开始前 30 天通知乙方。

英文原文:3.3 In such cases due to Force Majeure (3.1) or Insufficient Enrollment (3.2), Party A will make every effort to assist Party B in reducing losses, but does not guarantee the full refund of the advance payment made to third-party suppliers (such as UT Austin). For specific refunds, please refer to the "5. Refunds for Special Circumstances" policy in Part Two of this Agreement.

中文译文:3.3 在此类情况(3.1,3.2)下,甲方将尽力协助乙方减少损失,但不保证能全额退还已支付给第三方供应商(如 UT Austin)的预定费用。具体退费事宜参照本协议第二部分“5. 特殊情况退费”政策执行。

4. 实习机构专项豁免 (Site-Specific Waiver)

英文原文:During the internship at CTAC, Party B must strictly abide by the safety rules of the institution. Party B understands and agrees that if he/she causes personal injury to himself/herself or a third party due to violation of CTAC's operating procedures or negligence, he/she shall bear full legal and economic liability.

中文译文:乙方在 CTAC 实习期间,必须严格遵守该机构的安全守则。乙方理解并同意,若因乙方违反CTAC 的操作规程或疏忽大意导致自身受伤或第三方损害,由乙方本人承担全部法律与经济责任。

5. 适用法律与管辖权 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

• 英文原文:5.1 Governing Law: The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the State of Texas (Texas Law).

• 中文译文:5.1 法律适用:本协议的解释、效力及争议解决均适用德克萨斯州法律 (Texas Law)。

• 英文原文:5.2 Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute between the two parties, they shall first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the competent court of Travis County, Texas, the place where Party A is located, for litigation.

• 中文译文:5.2 争议解决:若双方发生纠纷,应首先通过友好协商解决。若协商不成,双方同意将争议提交至甲方所在地,即德克萨斯州特拉维斯郡(Travis County, Texas) 有管辖权的法院进行诉讼。

第四部分:行为守则与行政遣返 (Code of Conduct & Termination)

1. 法律与规章遵守 (General Compliance)

英文原文:Party B undertakes to strictly abide by the following during his/her stay in the United States:

中文译文:乙方承诺在美期间严格遵守:

• 英文原文:1.1 Federal laws of the United States of America, laws of the State of Texas and local regulations of the City of Austin.

• 中文译文:1.1 美利坚合众国联邦法律、德克萨斯州法律及奥斯汀市地方法规。

• 英文原文:1.2 The school rules and disciplines of The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) and the "Student Code of Conduct".

• 中文译文:1.2 德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 (UT Austin) 的校规校纪及《学生行为准则》(Student Code of Conduct)。

• 英文原文:1.3 Various management regulations formulated by Party A (MyStar Learning) and each internship institution.

• 中文译文:1.3 甲方(MyStar Learning)及各实习机构制定的各项管理规定。

2. CTAC 实习专项合规与 HIPAA 隐私声明 (CTAC Internship & Privacy)

英文原文:Party B is fully aware that he/she will come into contact with special education recipients (usually minors) and sensitive health information during the internship at Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC).

中文译文:乙方深知其在Central Texas Autism Center (CTAC) 实习期间将接触到特殊教育受众(通常为未成年人)及敏感的健康信息。

• 英文原文:2.1 HIPAA Compliance: Party B acknowledges and understands the seriousness of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Party B undertakes to strictly keep confidential any medical and health information such as the identity, condition and assessment results of the recipients obtained during the internship.

• 中文译文:2.1 HIPAA 合规:乙方承认并理解美国《医疗保险可携带性和责任法案》(HIPAA) 的严肃性。乙方承诺对实习中获知的任何学员身份、病情、评估结果等医疗健康信息严格保密。

• 英文原文:2.2 Zero-Photography Policy: Party B is strictly prohibited from taking any form of photos, videos or recordings on the CTAC premises.

• 中文译文:2.2 绝对禁拍令(Zero-Photography Policy):乙方在 CTAC 场所内严禁拍摄任何形式的照片、视频或进行录音。

• 英文原文:2.2.1 It is strictly prohibited to take photos of any children or recipients receiving services in the institution.

• 中文译文:2.2.1 严禁拍摄任何在院接受服务的儿童或学员。

• 英文原文:2.2.2 It is strictly prohibited to upload any images containing the internal environment, documents or personnel of the institution to social media (such as WeChat Moments, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

• 中文译文:2.2.2 严禁将任何包含机构内部环境、文件或人员的影像上传至社交媒体(如微信朋友圈、抖音、小红书等)。

英文原文:2.3 Confirmation of Consequences: Party B acknowledges that any violation of the photography ban shall be deemed a fundamental breach of this Agreement. Party A has the right to immediately cancel Party B's internship qualification and expel him/her from the Program without prior warning.

中文译文:2.3 后果确认:乙方知悉,任何一次违规拍摄行为都将视为对协议的根本性违约。甲方有权不经预警直接取消乙方的实习资格并将其开除出本项目。

3. 禁止行为 (Prohibited Actions)

英文原文:Party B is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions during the Program:

中文译文:乙方在项目期间严禁从事以下行为:

• 英文原文:3.1 Use or possession of prohibited drugs (narcotics).

• 中文译文:3.1 违禁药品(毒品)的使用或持有。

• 英文原文:3.2 Drinking alcohol under the legal age, or any drinking or drunken behavior in teaching/internship venues.

• 中文译文:3.2 法律规定年龄以下的饮酒行为,或在教学/实习场所内的任何饮酒、醉酒行为。

• 英文原文:3.3 Any form of bullying, harassment (including sexual harassment), discrimination, threat of violence or damage to public property.

• 中文译文:3.3 任何形式的欺凌、骚扰(包括性骚扰)、歧视、暴力威胁或破坏公共财产。

• 英文原文:3.4 Leaving the Program team without permission to engage in unapproved dangerous activities or leave the school.

• 中文译文:3.4 擅自脱离项目团队进行未经批准的危险活动或离校。

4. 行政遣返与终止 (Termination & Removal)

5. 法律赔偿 (Indemnification)

英文原文:If Party B's violations (especially violations of privacy laws or damage to public property) cause Party A (MyStar Learning) to face third-party claims, administrative fines or legal proceedings, Party B shall compensate Party A for all losses arising therefrom, including but not limited to compensation, fines, reasonable attorney fees and travel expenses.

第五部分:医疗授权与保险 (Medical Insurance & Medical Authorization)

• 英文原文:1.1 Insurance Provision: Party B acknowledges and agrees that the short-term medical insurance during the Program is provided by The University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin) in accordance with its university standards.

• 中文译文:1.1 保险提供:乙方知悉并同意,本项目期间的短期医疗保险由德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校 (UT Austin) 按照其大学标准提供。

• 英文原文:1.2 Claim Liability: Party A is not the insurer. In case of medical treatment, Party B shall make an appointment and seek medical treatment in accordance with the insurer's instructions. The relevant claim application, document collection and expense reimbursement beyond the deductible shall be handled by Party B directly with the insurer (Party A may provide necessary administrative assistance but shall not bear any liability for advance payment, underwriting or final claim settlement of medical expenses).

2. 紧急医疗授权 (Emergency Medical Authorization)

第六部分:媒体肖像权授权 (Media Release & Publicity)

1. 肖像权授予 (Grant of Rights)

• 英文原文:1.1 Permission to Shoot: Party B agrees that Party A and its designated photographers/videographers may take photos, videos or recordings containing Party B's image during the Program (including classes, cultural exchange activities and ceremonies, excluding the CTAC internship area).

• 中文译文:1.1 拍摄许可:乙方同意甲方及其指定的摄影/摄像人员在本项目期间(包括课堂、文化考察及仪式,但排除 CTAC 实习区域)拍摄包含乙方形象的照片、视频或录音。

• 英文原文:1.2 Scope of Use: Party B grants Party A a global, permanent and gratuitous right to use the above materials. Party A has the right to use the above materials in MyStar Learning's official website, social media (such as WeChat Official Account, WeChat Video Account, Douyin, Instagram, etc.), brochures and other marketing materials.

2. 肖像权的限制与保护 (Limitations)

• 英文原文:2.1 Privacy Boundary: Party A undertakes to make every effort to maintain a positive image of Party B when releasing media materials.

• 英文原文:2.2 CTAC Exclusion Clause: Party A reiterates that, in compliance with HIPAA and CTAC's privacy policy, Party A will never release any image materials containing CTAC's service recipients (students/children). Any illegal self-photography by Party B in the CTAC area is not within the scope of this authorization and will be handled in accordance with the violation clauses in Part Four.
